Registration Procedures
2025-2026 School Year
Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year is available online for all returning students. Register/Re-enroll at FACTS Management Systems through your Parent Portal. You will be able to update your personal information, health records, emergency contacts, and other relevant details. If you need assistance, contact the school. The deadline is April 15, 2026. (District Code: HFS-MS)
Instructions for Returning Students:
Returning Students: Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year is available online for all returning students. Register/Re-enroll at FACTS Management Systems through your Parent/Family Portal. *Registration Fees are to be paid online. You will be able to update your personal information, health records, emergency contacts, and more. If you need assistance, contact the school. (District Code: HFS-MS)
1. Log into your FACTS account at hfamilyschool.org (Family Portal)
2. Click the graduation cap to access Family Portal
3. Login
4. Use the left toolbar to click Apply/Enroll. (Use drop-down menu)
5. Click the enrollment/re-enrollment option
6. Click here to Enroll
7. Click on the link to open enrollment and then select “Start Enrollment Packet.”
8. Complete enrollment package per individual student
9. Return to Parent Portal
10. Use the left toolbar — Click Financial
11. Click Financial Home – Start Application
12. Upon completion of the application, you will have to pay a fee of $30.00
13. Upload your latest Tax Return
Instructions for New Students:
1. Go to hfamilyschool.org
2. Click on the Admissions page
3. New Family click: “Click here to apply to our school.”
4. New families will be asked to pay $25.00 (per student) for new students.
5. If you do not have a Family Account, you will have to set up one
6. Click Create New Family Account, and you will be sent an email with instructions to register.
7. You will be called to bring your child in for an interview.
8. Upon acceptance, you will be sent an email with instructions to complete enrollment and apply for tuition assistance.
