Enrollment Information

Registration Packs are available at the School Office at 395 N. West Street. Complete all other forms in the Registration Package and return with appropriate fees. You will be notified by mail of your child’s acceptance and the amount of tuition for the 2025-2026 School Year.

• Complete FACTS Tuition Assistance Application online at www.factstuitionaid.com.  There is an online FACTS fee of $30.00; you will not be able to complete the application until this amount is paid.
• The Tuition Assistance Application deadline is April 30, 2026.  Tuition Assistance funds are limited and will be awarded to families who have completed registration by April 30, 2026 (including payment of all fees and being current on tuition payments). Families who do not meet this deadline will receive reduced or no tuition assistance.  All Tuition Assistance awards are final.
• Complete all other forms in the Registration Package and return them to Holy Family School with the appropriate fees as soon as possible.  (Registration Deadline is April 30, 2026, for returning students). There will be a 50% discount on the 2025-2026 registration fee for all families who have completed registration and paid all fees for the 2025-2026 school year by April 30th.
• You will be notified by email of your child’s acceptance and the amount of tuition for the 2025-2026 School Year.
• FOR ALL RETURNING STUDENTS: All Registration Fees, Book Fees, and Testing Fees are due when packs are returned.  (Cash, check, or money orders are accepted)
• NEW STUDENTS are required to complete an interview and/or testing before acceptance.

• Children entering pre-kindergarten 3 must be 3 years old on or before September 1.
• Children entering pre-kindergarten 4 must be 4 years old on or before September 1.
• Children entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1.
• Children entering first grade must be 6 years old on or before September 1.

To be considered for admission to Holy Family School, the following documents must be submitted by each child:
• Completed application form
• Certified Birth Certificate
• Social Security card
• Certificate of Immunization Compliance,
• Form 121 – up-to-date Students who have previously attended school should submit their latest report card and standardized test scores, if available.
• For Catholic families only, a Catholic Verification Form signed by your priest.

Every new student applying to Holy Family School must take an assessment test to determine the correct grade placement.  After the application has been turned in and all the necessary documents received, an appointment for the assessment will be set up.

Families are admitted into the school community when, based on an admission committee's assessment, the interest and motivation of parents and students align with the philosophy of Catholic education.

Parents will be notified within 2 weeks after the assessment test has been administered whether your child has been accepted. Registration paperwork will be mailed or available for pickup in the school office. The registration paperwork, registration fee, material fee, standardized test fee, and activity fee should be returned to Holy Family School as soon as possible.
