Faith Formation
Holy Family School provides a holistic, Catholic education for children to empower them to become confident, self-motivated creative learners prepared to live worthy lives for the good of themselves, the community and the world.

	DEVOTION Our kindergarten class through 7th grade conduct weekly rotation of morning devotion over the public address system and a Friday morning devotional assembly.
	WORSHIP Students participate in Catholic religion classes at all levels, Pre-K3 to 7th, and we use the Sadlier series, “We Believe”, which focuses on the child, the family, the catechist and the Church community.  The entire student body and all staff members participate in monthly Mass celebrations as well as other rituals to enrich our students’ Christian values.
	STUDY The religious education program is designed with the objectives established by the Catholic Diocese of Jackson, Mississippi.
	SERVICE Service projects for students vary from year to year but are usually planned around designated seasonal events, such as food baskets for the poor at Thanksgiving.  These projects give the students the opportunity to put their expressed faith into positive action.

We are a dedicated faculty and staff who strive for excellence and participate in Catholic identity sessions monthly to help us provide a positive, nurturing, caring, Catholic educational environment.  This environment teaches a love for learning and encourages students to become knowledgeable, disciplined, creative individuals, prepared to make responsible choices as contributing members of society.
